AB More deboned breast meat will be produced for an expanding consumer market. the problem, however, is that bones are a hazard with this product. The deboning process, as well as inspection and removal systems, must be understood and optimized to eventually produce commercially bone-free products. Some producers have already experienced the cost and loss of reputation as injured consumers pursue legal action and wholesale customers find other suppliers.
