AB There is no doubt that horseowners dont't find it easy to the decision of killing their horse. Therefore it is essential to talk about the theme before being confronted with it. Generally, in Germany killing a mammal is regulated by law. Several aspects should be observed to prevent the animal from unnecessary cruelty. The death shouldn't terrify the creature, be without pain quick and shouldn't stress the horse more than necessary. Both, captive bolt as well as injectable methods fulfil these demands.
